In response to the growing demand for decarbonization and the evolution of high-rise construction sites, Haulotte has expanded its all-electric PULSEO range with the introduction of the HS21E and HS21E PRO. These 100% electric rough terrain scissor lifts deliver power, precision, and durability with a working height of up to 21 meters.

A New Level of Performance
With a working height of 21 meters (equivalent to six floors), a load capacity of 750 kg / 4 people, and the ability to drive at full height with no load restrictions, the HS21E opens up new possibilities on the jobsite. Its large platform, extendable to 7.5 meters, offers optimal working space, making it well-suited for demanding applications.

Powered by a 100% electric drive system, the HS21E operates quietly with zero emissions, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It features maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries that support fast charging and offer a lifespan of up to 10 years. For extended operation on remote sites, it is compatible with the Range Extender—a removable and interchangeable generator available across the entire PULSEO range.

Uncompromising Rough Terrain Capability
Equipped with four-wheel drive and axle-based transmission, the HS21E delivers excellent traction on challenging terrain. It can climb slopes of up to 38% and maintains reliable performance even in tough conditions thanks to its differential lock system.

Intuitive and Connected User Experience
The new model features an updated upper control box with a screen and an ergonomic interface designed to guide operators and simplify high-altitude work. Real-time data, proportional controls, and intuitive navigation enhance comfort and ease of use.

Operators and fleet managers also benefit from a suite of digital tools including Haulotte Activ'Screen, Haulotte Diag, and the SHERPAL telematics solution.

• Integrated into the machine, Haulotte Activ’Screen provides instant access to alerts, maintenance logs, and advanced diagnostics, helping users independently identify issues and reduce downtime.

• SHERPAL enables real-time remote monitoring of machine status, usage, and maintenance needs, optimizing fleet management and availability.

Features Designed for Easier Transport and Maneuverability

• An automatic rear wheel alignment system and four-wheel steering facilitate maneuvering and loading, ensuring safer and more precise handling—especially when wheel orientation isn’t visible from the platform.

• The guardrail can be folded down in just 2 minutes (by removing 8 pins), significantly reducing preparation time for transport and improving on-site setup efficiency.

• The Haulotte Activ’Lighting system enhances safety during loading and unloading by automatically adjusting light angles to avoid blinding the operator.

Availability
The HS21E and HS21E PRO represent the new generation of all-electric rough terrain scissor lifts. The first units are scheduled for delivery in mid-October 2025. They will be showcased at the following industry events:
